How to buy
Are you dumb??? Goods ship from Montréal. The procedure is simple, but read it: all sales are final and we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Procedure
- 01Pick the piece
Open the product page: it lists the reference, the material and live stock status. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and on the lighting in the photos.
- 02Colour and size
Choose the colour, then the size. A struck-through value means that combination is sold out. Our cuts run loose, so if you are between two sizes, write to us before ordering.
- 03Add to cart
Your cart is remembered between visits on the same device. Adding a piece does not reserve it: runs are limited and stock only clears at payment.
- 04Pay
The CHECKOUT button sends you to the secure checkout, where you enter your address and payment. No banking data passes through this site.
- 05Confirmation
A confirmation email goes out immediately. If you don't see it, check your spam folder before writing to us, that's where it is nine times out of ten.
- 06Shipping
Your parcel is prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then handed to the carrier. Tracking is emailed the same day. Neutral packaging, no mention of the contents.

Available methods appear at checkout and depend on your country and device:
- Credit and debit cards
- Mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
- Shop Pay accelerated checkout
- All sales are final. No refunds or returns for change of mind or wrong size choice.
- Orders outside Canada may be subject to customs duties payable by the recipient.

How do I track my order?
Use the ORDER TRACKING link at the bottom of any page: enter the email you bought with, Shopify sends you a one-time code, and you see every order with its tracking. No password to remember. The tracking link is also emailed the moment the parcel leaves Montréal; check your spam folder before writing to us.
Can I reserve a piece?
No.
Can I change my address after ordering?
As long as the parcel hasn't shipped, yes. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number.
Will it be restocked?
Yes.
