All sales are final. Our pieces are produced in limited runs: we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. This policy is displayed before purchase and you accept it at checkout.
1. Final sale
No refunds, returns or store credit are granted for a change of mind, a wrong size choice, a colour that does not match your expectations, or a delivery time you consider too long.
Check the size guide and the product photos before ordering. Write to us before buying if you are unsure, we answer sizing and fit questions.
2. Faulty item or our mistake
If an item has a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged, or if we shipped you the wrong item or size, we fix it at our expense.
Write to info@niquetout.ca within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the defect and of the garment label. We will reply with return instructions; do not ship anything back before you receive our confirmation.
Depending on the case and on available stock, we replace the item or, where replacement is not possible, refund the amount paid including the original shipping cost.
3. Lost or undelivered parcel
If tracking shows delivery but nothing arrived, contact us within 14 days of the stated delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. Check your address before paying.
4. Cancellation
An order can be cancelled free of charge as long as it has not shipped. Write to us as soon as possible; once the parcel is handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. Your legal rights
This policy does not remove any right the law grants you. In Québec, the Consumer Protection Act provides a legal warranty of quality and durability that applies to any goods sold, in addition to any conventional warranty, and that warranty cannot be excluded by contract.
Rights provided by applicable consumer protection legislation apply in full, regardless of the words “final sale”.
