This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our store or place an order, how we use it, and who we share it with.
1. Information we collect
When you place an order: your name, shipping and billing address, email address and phone number. Your payment details are entered directly with our payment processor and never pass through our servers.
When you sign up for our emails: your email address and your consent.
When you browse: limited technical data (pages viewed, device type), along with the cookies described in section 4.
2. How we use it
We use this information to process and ship your orders, communicate with you about your order, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations and, where you have consented, tell you about new releases.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Sharing
Information is shared only with the providers needed to run the store: the commerce and payment platform that hosts our order data and processes transactions, the carriers who deliver your parcels, and our web host.
These providers may process or store data outside Québec, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
4. Cookies
We set a cookie when you confirm your age on entering the site, and a technical cookie that keeps your cart between visits. These are necessary for the store to work.
Our commerce platform may set additional cookies related to security and payment.
5. Retention and security
Order-related information is kept as long as required for the accounting and tax purposes set out by law. Email addresses on our mailing list are kept until you withdraw your consent.
Traffic to the site is encrypted and access to data is limited to those who need it.
6. Your rights
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, its correction, or its deletion where the law allows. You may withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
