We ship worldwide from Québec. The timeframes below are estimates, not guarantees.
1. Order processing
Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.
2. Delivery times
Canada: 2 to 8 business days after shipping. United States: 4 to 12 business days. International: 7 to 21 business days.
These times exclude processing and are outside our control once the parcel is with the carrier. Delays caused by customs, weather or the carrier do not give rise to a refund.
3. Customs duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes and clearance fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are yours to pay and are additional to the amount paid on this site. We cannot know them in advance and cannot refund them. Refusing to pay them, resulting in the parcel being returned, does not entitle you to a refund of shipping costs.
4. Address and discretion
You are responsible for the accuracy of the address you provide. An incomplete or incorrect address may result in a lost parcel, with no refund.
Parcels ship in neutral packaging with no mention of the contents on the outside.
