1. Access to the site
This site is intended for adult customers. By entering, you confirm that you are of the age of majority where you live.
You agree not to disrupt the operation of the site, not to attempt unauthorised access, and not to extract its content by automated means.
2. Products, prices and availability
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Colours on screen may differ slightly from the product. Runs are limited: availability shown may change before your order is completed.
In the event of an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in particular where fraud or unauthorised resale is suspected, or where the product is unavailable. In such cases the amount paid is refunded in full.
Sales are final, subject to our refund policy.
4. Payment
Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never have access to a full card number.
5. Intellectual property
The trademarks, artwork, illustrations, photographs and text on this site belong to nique tout. or are used with permission. Reproduction for commercial or resale purposes is prohibited without our written consent.
6. Content you post
If you post a photo or video showing our products and you tag us, mention us, use our hashtags or make the post publicly visible, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sub-licensable licence to reproduce, repost, adapt, edit and distribute that content across our channels: website, social media, newsletter, advertising and promotional material.
This licence also covers your username, image and voice as they appear in the post. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content and have the agreement of anyone appearing in it.
We credit the original account where possible. No payment is owed for this use, and no further permission needs to be sought before each publication.
You may withdraw this permission at any time by writing to info@niquetout.ca. We will then stop using the content and remove it from our channels within a reasonable time, except for material already printed or broadcast that we can no longer recall.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you cannot exceed the amount you paid for the order concerned.
Nothing in these terms removes the rights the law grants you as a consumer.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute falls to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
9. Changes
We may change these terms at any time. The version applicable to your order is the one in force at the time of purchase. The last revision date is shown at the top of the page.
